I endorse President Norton's actions to implement a legislature - just not the type of legislature he has created. He is siding with the LN-SDP Legislature Plan that may be comprehensive, but is NOT ENOUGH. Mr. President, the Titulians voted for a parliament by delaying the Codex proposal and voting for you instead of Reformer. But, you have been warming up to them and I am very concerned. I still support a Parliament because it is right for Titulia and its citizens.
