TITULIA CITY - Congressional Candidate for the North District Julian (R-Con) has submitted a candidacy application to incoming RNC Leader Luxis Avaram per his request. Mr. Avaram has made it clear that he supports our campaign (via Twitter):
Mr. Julian is awaiting a response from Mr.Avaram on the approval of his candidacy.
But - we must clarify that Mr. Julian may also mount a write in (as a RNC member), independent, or third party bid.
